No me llames “jefa” - don’t call me “Boss"

Ultimamente me has dicho jefa más veces de lo normal, sé que es una llamada de respeto y con cariño, pero me gustaría que dejaras de hacerlo ya que en nuestro modelo de negocio en realidad, la jefa eres tú. En RE/MAX cada agente es dueño de su negocio con todas las consecuencias que esto tiene. Si me llamas jefa, estás dejando de lado lo más importante que tenemos, nuestra libertad, fraternidad e igualdad.

Existen en el mercado inmobiliario otras empresas que utilizan nuestro modelo en lo que a ellos les interesa, que es, tener agentes en cotización de autónomos pero tratándolos como empleados, no dejándolos ser creativos, libres y responsables, marcándoles reglas, horarios, etc.

Te invito a que vivas la felicidad de ser libre, que vivas con pasión tu negocio, que pienses y crees nuevas formas de tener, desarrollar y generar más negocio. Yo estoy aquí para apoyarte, ayudarte y aconsejarte con mi experiencia. Pero es tu negocio.. piensa, ¿Qué puedes hacer para tener mejores resultados? ¿Qué puedes hacer para tener mejores captaciones? ¿Qué puedes hacer para negociar mejor? ¿Qué información necesitas para aconsejar mejor a tus clientes? y ¡busca y desarrolla esas nuevas habilidades!

Por mi parte me comprometo a buscarte siempre la mejor formación, dedicarte tiempo y escucharte siempre que lo necesites, a estar contigo cuando lo requieras y apoyarte siempre.

You have told me “boss"  more times than normal, I know it's a call of respect and affection, but I wish you'd stop doing it, because truly in our business model the boss is you. At RE/MAX each agent owns his business with all the consequences this has. If you call me boss, you're leaving out the most important thing we have, our liberty, fraternity and equality.

There in the real estate industry,  other companies that use our model in which they are interested, that is, have autonomous agents but treating them as employees, not letting them be creative, free and responsible, marking them rules, schedules, etc.

I invite you to live the joy of being free, to live with passion your business,  think and create new ways to take, develop and generate more business. I'm here to support, help and advise you with my experience. But it's your business .. think, What can you do to have better results? What can you do to have better clients? What can you do to negotiate better? What information do you need to know to better advise your clients? and seeks and develops these new skills!

For my part, I promise to always get you the best training, devote time and listen whenever you need it to be with you when you require and always support you.
